Pricing that fits a research budget

A target ranking is a scored, evidence-backed assessment of a single gene/protein target within a defined disease or indication context. Running your full candidate list (e.g. 20 targets in a CRC indication program) generates 20 individual target rankings, each with its own composite score and evidence card. The Pilot tier allows up to 5 rankings per program; paid tiers have unlimited rankings.

Yes. GWAS summary statistics in standard formats (PLINK output, VCF with p-values, common GWAS summary stat column headers) can be uploaded and used as Tier 1 genetic evidence specific to your program's disease context. If you have proprietary genetic association data from an internal rare disease cohort, that data is treated as program-specific evidence and does not influence other programs.

Your omics data is used only to compute your program's target rankings. It is not used to train shared models, and it is not accessible to other users or programs. Data is retained for the duration of your active subscription to allow re-analysis and comparison across scoring model versions. You can request deletion at any time.

Bulk RNA-seq: CSV/TSV count matrices or normalized expression tables (TPM/FPKM). Single-cell RNA-seq: H5AD or 10x Cell Ranger output (MEX format). Proteomics: MaxQuant proteinGroups.txt, FragPipe combined_protein.tsv, or generic abundance matrices. GWAS: VCF or standard summary stat tables with chr/pos/p-value columns. Additional formats can be discussed for Lab Scale subscriptions.

Yes. Upgrades from Pilot to Bench Ready or from Bench Ready to Lab Scale take effect immediately. Your previously generated rankings and evidence cards remain accessible. If you have more than 5 targets in a Pilot program, upgrading unlocks rankings for all remaining targets in that program without needing to re-upload data.
