The Platform
Inside the target ranking engine
How Assaygrove integrates multi-omics evidence and literature signals into a defensible ranked list.
Core Capabilities
Three integrated evidence engines
Every ranked target draws from all three. No siloed analysis, no single-dataset calls.
Omics Integration
Ingests bulk RNA-seq expression matrices, single-cell RNA-seq, proteomics abundance profiles, and GWAS summary statistics. Data is normalized, batch-corrected, and harmonized into a shared target-space representation before scoring.
Literature Mining
Full-text indexing of PubMed and preprint repositories. Named entity extraction resolves synonyms and gene aliases. Target-disease association confidence is scored by publication recency, citation weight, and assertion type.
Ranking and Prioritization
Multi-evidence composite scoring with adjustable evidence weights. Confidence intervals are reported per component. Every target score is decomposable: you can see exactly which evidence tier drove the ranking.
Data Integration
Your data, connected.
Bring what you have. The platform handles normalization and harmonization for sparse or mixed-modality inputs.
Scoring Model
Transparent. Decomposable. Defensible.
Three evidence tiers each contribute a weighted component to the composite score. No black box.
Strong GWAS association in colorectal carcinoma (p = 3.2e-12). eQTL signal in colon tissue confirmed in GTEx v8.
